What we collect

Email, username, password (stored securely), and an optional bio.
Date of birth—used only to check your age, never shown to other members, and can’t be changed.
Photos, captions, ratings, comments, reports, and blocks you create.
Payment status from our payment processor (we never see your card number).

Who can see what

Public profiles: looks are visible to visitors and on share links.
Private profiles (default for ages 15–17): looks are visible only to signed-in members.
Who rated your look is not shown to other members.

AI processing

Your photos are sent to an AI service to generate style ratings and makeover suggestions. [Legal review: processor disclosure and international transfers.]

Your choices

Delete any look from its page or your profile anytime. Delete your whole account from your profile; this permanently removes your profile, looks, ratings, comments, and makeovers. Purchase records are kept by our payment processor for tax and accounting. GlowMe.live is based in France, so the GDPR and the French loi Informatique et Libertés apply: you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data, and to object to or limit its processing. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr). [Legal review: data retention periods, purchase-record retention, data-protection officer requirements, and the exact GDPR rights wording.]
